RIME is the product of passion and love of its founders towards its people especially the youth staying in south-eastern part of Uttar Pradesh. However, it will benefit the students from any part of our country. The Founder, Mr. Ashok Dubey has been in the field of education in the past 25 years and has been managing various educational institutions from High School, Intermediate to ITI. Mr. Dubey has tried to put all his experience of managing various institutes into building this new & unique opportunity for the students of Jaunpur and its surrounding cities.

RIME is located in Jaunpur district which is in the south-eastern part of Uttar Pradesh. The institute is very well connected with the roads, rail and air for students from other regions. The institute was established with an objective of making the marine education accessible to the maximum students who are looking to build their career in the field of shipping and marine.

The institute focuses in imparting the best quality of Marine Education & Training. In order to do so the institute aligns itself with the guidelines of STCW Convention 1978 and keeps itself updated with the courses and practices of the industry that helps the students in their training.

In this ever changing world of shipping, the students are encouraged and guided with the latest management and technical innovation that helps the students in being updated with the industry. The institute is very well equipped with the latest practical demonstration equipment which meets the latest requirement of training.
